singing songs/playing a song on an instrument
imitating a part in a film or a book that I really like
DIY projects (varies)
organizing photos into albums
and then there are arts and crafts projects such as:
2. basket making
candle making
jewelry making
knitting/crocheting
cooking/baking
Dancing
Doll making
T shirt making
sewing
stage crew/ prop making
card making
stamp art

Can you think of any other ideas from either category (labeled one and two)
Basically, anything that has to do with expressing yourself directly or indirectly, including arts and crafts projects. Also, I am not sure what woodworking is, if you can explain that, I would really appreciate it. And one more thing: what would you call an activity that involves building things, and painting it. For example to make a jewelry box and decorate it. Or perhaps making a model of a dollhouse, or a birdhouse, shelves and small pieces of furniture. What are other things that I can do in this type of hobby?

Thank you so much!
also comic book/ cartoon drawing or just plain drawing. Illustrating a story counts too I guess.
contraptions and things i can do with my hand but I need examples and project ideas.

If you’re not familiar with how to start a woodworking project from start to finish, then a guide such as Ted’s Woodworking can be a large help in knowing helping you finish your first in woodworking project but allow you to continue on to many other projects quite successfully.

In Teds woodworking manual you will be armed with all that you need such as diagrams that are complete with dimensions and fully detailed, instructions that have been laid out step by step in order for you to begin your project, the needed materials for your project, and finally, all of the tools for woodworking that will be required.

Teds Woodworking manual is a great buy and a great investment for you who wants to gain experience in woodworking. With 16,000 plans that you can choose from, there are more than enough plans to keep any person busy as long as you like with more woodworking projects than you can shake a wood stick at! Goodluck!

How to make a homemade instrument for physics?

Posted on December 2nd, 2011 by admin

I can’t use things such as guitar strings and actual instrument reeds, it needs to be homemade. But it can’t be something as simple as a kleenex box and some rubber bands because that won’t even get me 5 marks. But i’m not an award winning woodworker.

You can make a guitar out of a cigar box and do it without using guitar strings. You could also make a drum out of tightly stretched fabric using an embroidery hoop and polished cotton. You can use waxed paper, a paper towel tube and a rubber band to make a kazoo.
