What do you think of the classes I plan to take in High School (Only answer if you will give a good answer)?

Posted on June 29th, 2010 by admin

NOTE= We DO NOT have AP or Honour Classes so don’t go and say "Hmmm…Well I see no AP or Honour Classes" because we don’t have any because our school is to small. Also I know just because I want to take these classes I mentioned doesn’t mean I’ll get to take them. I’m a freshman in High School, and already know this. I’m looking for professional answers or answers that actually look like someone took the time to read and look over what I put. Thank You for Answering.

ALSO! Consider self studying AP tests! Coming from a No-AP school, it’ll look really good on your record.

Have you ever been afraid or embarrassed to introduce your boyfriend to your parents?

Posted on June 29th, 2010 by admin

I’m dating another guy for my first time (I’m gay). I’m 22 and he’s 25, yet he’s already very well off (owns 2 cars, one of which cost him $50k, a 2-story house, mad-expensive stuff etc.) He takes extremely good care of his cars, house, and lawn and likes to jokingly make fun of people’s houses or garden’s that are in disarray. He really enjoys fixing his cars, woodworking and doing DIY projects on his house and he has the best, industrial-grade machinery that my dad would KILL to have.

So, thing is…my parent’s house is kinda in disarray, especially their landscaping. Both my mom and dad drive rather crappy cars and my dad doesn’t have nearly as nice tools and machinery as my bf. It just feels kinda weird that my bf is already living better than my parents at such a young age and I’m afraid he’s gonna judge them or something. What do you think??
OK, i guess I made him sound like a douche, but he’s actually a really nice guy. He doesn’t make fun of other people’s livings (after all…he’s well aware that I’m dirt-poor)…its that he makes fun of people that don’t take care of their stuff..whether it be a tractor or a BMW)

Well I’m 20 at the moment and my boyfriend is the same age as my mum – 38 (it’s a big age gap I know but anyway). My boyfriend has the best of everything, really modern apartment, lavish lifestyle, expensive clothes and everything. My family home is rather old. It needs a lot of work done but my mum simply can’t afford it at the moment. The thing is, while my boyfriend may have all this fancy stuff he knows he doesn’t need it.

He loves me for me and didn’t always have money himself. I know that when he visits my family and house he’ll see that we’re not very well off but that doesn’t matter to him. That’s why I’m with him, because it’s me he wants not my lifestyle. He treats me great and makes me happy that’s all that really matters. My advice to you would be as soon as your boyfriend makes a negative remark on your parents home – dump him. If he’s mature enough and loves you enough to respect your family – keep him.

Does anyone know if www.builditmasters.com really has 14,000 woodworking projects?

I ran into a guy that built a small shed and was telling me about it in the gym and i went to the site and it looks pretty legit and they claim a 60 day money back guarantee. He said they have plans and videos for entertainment systems, and everything and you can save it and print them out. Just wondering if anyone else has used them. And what to expect after I purchase it?

I’ve seen it many time myself and have been tempted. With a money back guarantee, how can you go wrong. Money is slowing me down from buying it.
